“We are massive supporters of the Passivhaus Trust which is doing brilliant work in increasing the uptake of Passivhaus in the UK, through research, training and promotional work. We are delighted to be in a position to be able to increase our financial support to the Passivhaus Trust as Patrons this year. “

Chris Herring, Director of Green Building Store, commented:

“This is a critical time in the UK and world where we urgently need to address the climate emergency, while we still can, as well as re-building the economy after COVID-19. It is vital that the lessons and approach of the Passivhaus low energy building standard begin to inform Government legislation. We wanted to support the Passivhaus Trust in their efforts to increase Government uptake of Passivhaus standard and will work to help them in any way that we can.”

Green Building Store is also one of the lead sponsors of the 2020 online UK Passivhaus conference in November on the theme of ‘A healthy and green future’.
