MVHR Administration Assistant

The new MVHR administration assistant will work within our busy installation department in Chatham, Kent. You will provide administration support to our countrywide installation and commissioning set up, providing assistance to the team and sub-contractors whilst liaising with other offices.

Salary from £21,500.

Windows and Doors Aftersales Administrator

The Aftersales Administrator will work closely with the Aftersales Manager. Duties will include taking initial aftersales enquiries and logging them on our system. Being the point of contact for clients and keeping them up to date with the progress of their warranty claim. Assisting with ordering of parts and producing quotes for remedial work. Keeping goods in up to date and posting out parts when needed. Booking work in with clients and putting together work lists for the site team. A large part of this role will be dealing with clients.

Salary: £23,000 to £28,000.

Windows & Door Fitter

The Windows and Door Fitter is responsible for the installation of high performance windows, in energy efficient new build and retrofit properties. The role involves fitting our bespoke triple glazed ranges of timber windows and doors in low energy houses, across the UK.

Salary: £26,000 – £37,000.

Windows and Doors aftersales technician

The Customer Support Technician will be responsible for taking initial aftersales enquiries. Answering questions or guiding clients through the problems they may have regarding their windows and doors, both over the phone and via email. Liaising with the factory and the Aftersales Manager to provide solutions, ordering parts and scheduling site visits when needed. Strong communication skills are needed; both verbal and written, along with the ability to remain calm in a stressful situation. This role would particularly suit someone wanting to make that transition from a site based role to office based. A good understanding of the mechanics of windows and doors is essential.

Salary: £25,000 – £28,000

Window & Door Estimator

The role of the Windows and Door Estimator is to advise our customers with the most appropriate products according to the specifications for their project. This involves discussing details around the energy efficiency, budget availability, installation methods and product specifications.

Trainee Windows & Door Estimator

The role of the Trainee Windows and Door Estimator is to work alongside our experienced team to gain all the skills required to become an established estimator. Training will be given across all aspects of the role, ranging from specialist product knowledge, energy efficient measures, understanding and reading technical drawings, using estimating software, pricing nationwide installations and the option to learn CAD.
