We want to enable you to achieve the best you can in the context of your objectives and resources. In order to complement our existing products and our vision for the construction of low energy homes, we're offering design services to self-builders and their architects.
Design service
21° is nationally recognised for its expertise in designing, supplying and commissioning MVHR (mechanical ventilation with heat recovery) systems for Passivhaus and low energy projects.
Our design service is qualitatively different to most other MVHR providers. As well as designing a system to physically fit in a building, we model the system in 3D software to check performance of the system in terms of noise, pressure, balance and airflow.
Design service
Our Low Energy Design Service aims to empower architects and self-builders during the early stages of design by providing them with informed and quantified decisions regarding the build fabric specification. This includes crucial factors that feed into a building's performance, such as U-values, windows, airtightness, and ventilation. Our approach involves generating an initial whole building energy model using the Passivhaus Planning Package (PHPP).
