Domestic projects
Our flagship Ecoplus3
range offers a beautiful and sustainable solution for building and
retrofitting low energy homes. Handcrafted in our workshops in West
Yorkshire, Ecoplus3 aims to systematically
address the environmental issues associated with window manufacture -
including thermal efficiency, frame materials and finishes. It offers
A-rated triple glazed as standard, FSC Pure timber and is hand-finished with natural plant oil paints. Also ideal for
flagship environmental projects.
Social housing and housing association projects
Social housing projects usually have to meet Code for Sustainable Homes and security requirements, so thermal efficiency, frame materials and compliance with Secured by Design requirements are important specification factors. Our Ecocontract range has been developed with the needs of social housing in mind, but is also ideal for schools, offices and commercial buildings trying to meet BREEAM requirements.
Passivhaus projects
Passivhaus and low energy projects have very strict thermal efficiency requirements, for which only our Ecopassiv, ENERsign, Alphawin, Alu2wood or Frostkorken ranges are suitable.
