Passivhaus refurbishment
EnerPHit standard
The EnerPHit Standard has been developed by the Passivhaus Institut as a good practice refurbishment guide for Passivhaus renovations. EnerPHit recognises the difficulty of achieving a full Passivhaus standard in existing buildings. It sets a slightly different standard requirement to the full Passivhaus standard.
