Trickle ventilators - can be fitted to sash or frame (please check requirements as our night-vent locking is often acceptable in lieu of trickle ventilation). Available in 4000mm2 or 2000mm2 in satin silver, brown or white.
Drained and ventilated rebates - for longer life and minimal maintenance. The most common cause of glazing unit breakdown, and also of rot in sill members, is due to trapped water. In line with current European design, all Ecoplus System windows and doors incorporate a 'drained and ventilated' rebate, with either our patented aluminium bead, or if you prefer a solid oak bead. This design allows free drainage of water and air circulation, ensuring the maximum durability for the glazing unit and frame. Available in aluminium, white, satin silver, satin bronze. Solid oak bead also available - finished to suit.
Means of escape - egress hinges (and non-locking handle option) to provide suitable means of escape.
Anti-maniplulation cylinders - Optional security hardware which prevents burglars from 'bumping', 'snapping' or manipulating the locking mechanism, providing extra peace of mind.
Extension sills - Standard timber option - 63mm; other sizes to special order. Standard metal options - 110 mm, 165 mm, satin silver or painted to match; other sizes to special order.
