CSH - specification
The Department for Communities and Local Government (CLG) launched the Code for Sustainable Homes in 2006 as a new national standard for sustainable design and construction of new homes. Since May 2008 the developer of any new home in England must have a mandatory rating against the Code. All social housing projects funded by the Housing Corporation are
required to work to at least Code for Sustainable Homes (CSH) level 3.
