Greenbuild expo logoGreen Building Store will be bringing its expertise in the field of Passivhaus and low energy design to Greenbuild Expo, taking place at Manchester Central on June 29th and 30th 2011. Green Building Store will be officially launching its new Ecoplus3 windows & doors at the event, the latest evolution of its cutting edge Yorkshire-made range. Ecoplus3 offers high performance triple glazing as standard, combined with natural plant oil finishes and boron timber treatment.   Alongside the Ecoplus3 range, Green Building Store will be showcasing some of its ground-breaking Passivhaus products and services at its stand E47 at Greenbuild Expo this year. Products on display will include the newly-launched Alphawin Passivhaus-certified window and a working model of the PAUL Novus 300 MVHR system - the most efficient Passivhaus-certified MVHR system currently available in the world. Visitors to Green Building Store's stand E47 will also get a chance to register for a FREE technical DVD on the Denby Dale Passivhaus (normally sold at £12).

Chris Herring, Director Green Building Store (and Chair of the Passivhaus Trust ) will also be offering an introduction to Passivhaus low energy design as part of Green Build Expo's training hub. The course will be a taster session of a one-day course* the company offers on: Building a Passivhaus using standard UK building techniques and will cover the history and principles of Passivhaus and overview of the application of Passivhaus Planning Package (PHPP) software. All attendees will get a discount voucher of 10% off the full cost of the course.. The Passivhaus design training session is on 29/06/11 at: 14.30 - 15.15.
