Quotation Requests
All of our Ecoplus System products are bespoke and made to your
specification. Although sample window prices are available, an accurate
price can best obtained by receiving a FREE QUOTATION from us.
Below are some guidelines for the information we require at the quotation stage, and the format
it can be sent in. These are guidelines only - extra information is welcome and if we do
need further information we will contact you seperately.
What information to send us
- Invoice address and site (delivery) address
- Contract type (e.g. supply, or supply and fit)
- The type of item required (e.g. window, sliding sash, single door, double door, fold-aside door, conservatory)
- Opening dimensions in mm (can be rough at the quotation stage)
- Diagram to display the configuration (e.g. hinged from the side or top, 3 panes of glass)
- Special glazing requirements (e.g. obscure glazing, leading, triple glazing)
- Any other requirements (e.g. a bedroom might require means of escape)

What format to the send the information
When sending information by email, please use standard document formats such as PDF, DOC, RTF, JPEG etc
(Word, Excel, Adobe PDF, JPEG picture).
CAD drawings cannot be opened and are best exported into other formats (e.g. PDF), or posted/faxed to us as hard copies.
- Architects plans or drawings
- Computer or hand drawn diagrams with specifications
- Photos with written specifications (if matching existing windows)
How long does it take
Quotation requests are normally processed within 7 working days. If there are special items in the quotation request,
it may take longer to process (i.e. items such as sliding / fold-aside doorsets, sliding sash windows, very large glazed screens)
